The apartment, pools and view were great - a 10-minute walk to Lazise.

Disliked

The heat pump on the terrace directly in front of the bedroom was very loud at night - it could suddenly switch on at 3 a.m. and run for an hour.

A truly beautiful and wonderful complex with a very comfortable apartment. We immediately felt at home and spent most of our time on the terrace overlooking the lake. The complex is in a very quiet location and only 1 km from the center of Lazise. It's a lovely walk along the lake to town, which we did every day. We practically had our own private pool, which others were also allowed to use, but we were practically the only ones in it. It was incredibly comfortable, and we could always take a refreshing dip.

There's really nothing negative to say. We liked everything. The only thing I found a bit excessive was the €140 final cleaning fee.

The high cleaning costs of 140 euros that we had to pay in cash upon arrival. And we were not prepared for the water damage. We were confronted with an apartment that, in our opinion, should not have been rented out. Mold was everywhere on the ceiling, it smelled musty and moldy, and the bedding felt damp. This was despite the fact that we kept the windows open a lot and used the dehumidifier that the landlord had placed in the room. It was a very unhealthy environment like this. Flowers were growing on the ceiling. I understand that the rental would be put on hold immediately after our visit. We received compensation on the rent after complaining ourselves, but we found it too low given the inconvenience we experienced. Consequently, the price-quality ratio is not balanced. A shame, because they are beautiful apartments.
