The location is "in the basement", it's dark at all times of the day, you have to turn on the light, it's dirty, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, there's dampness and an unpleasant smell, the air conditioning doesn't work properly and it's moldy, the apartment is cold, the bathroom tiles in the shower are covered in mold, the shower has limescale in the holes where the water leaks.

We arrived earlier but the host arranged with the cleaning lady to let us unpack. The cleaning lady didn't speak English, but she told us in Italian where the supermarket was, where and what was in the apartment. Once there was a power outage, the host helped immediately, once the internet went out, she helped immediately with that too.

Everything was wonderful. I liked it very much.The owner Emanuele is very nice and friendly, he will quickly come to the rescue.He's a wonderful, wonderful man.Responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this place.
