Stylish Penthouse with terrace in Trastevere

Fantastic location right in the middle of restaurants and bars. Wonderful balcony in the morning and terrace with sun almost all day.

Disliked

You have to air out when you are in the apartment because of trapped smells, including from the shower. We used the shower in the bathtub to avoid moisture in the shower cabin. Missing two working chairs on the lower balcony (broken). Very difficult stairs, but worth it because of the view.

The location and the amazing veranda on the roof. Nice and attentive staff, although it took a while to get in touch with them the one evening we needed help. Overall satisfied, and would be happy to come back if the apartment is improved.

Obvious mold in the shower in the bedroom and a small leak from the ceiling (also some fungus/mold on the ceiling). There was a bit of a moldy smell when we entered the master bedroom after a rainy day, and it's not exactly good to sleep in such an indoor climate. In addition, the dishwasher was a bit defective, but this can be easily fixed.

Everything was filthy; there weren't any blankets or even sheets on the sofa bed, and it was covered in hair and dust. Plus, it was a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator and endless, incredibly steep stairs. The toilet seat was broken too… and I could go on and on…

The apartment is great, the location is great, it matches the pictures

We were there in January, the radiators only worked the first night even though it said they were on in the morning and evening. Luckily there is also air conditioning so we were able to keep warm even though the radiators were not hot enough.
