Giordano was very communicative. The snacks and wine were a nice touch!

One of the room door handles fell off, there were 2 windows issues - one couldn't be closed and the other couldn't be latched. Neither were an issue for us because the weather was beautiful, but there could've been a problem if there were more temperature/weather fluctuations. Amenity wise, we expected there to be shampoo, but had to run out and grab our own the day of. There were also limited kitchen towels and no napkins or paper towels, which made cleaning up a bit more if a hassle.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location (very close to the Vatican and the metro and bus lines that connect to other areas). The apartment was spotless, tidy, and very spacious (there were 8 of us and we were very comfortable, but there was room for 10 in total). The owner was very kind and always available!

Everything was perfect, there were 8 of us adults. The location was excellent, right next to the Vatican, quiet in the evenings, and the subway was practically right outside. The staff were super friendly and reliable, and the cleanliness was excellent, which is not a given. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much, you're so kind.

The place was clean. Thought it wasn’t very spacious, there was enough room for everyone to move about. And there were two bathrooms and toilets, which made things very efficient for our group. And the owner was easy to talk to and very responsive ☺️
