Great location near the Place de la Miracoli (Square of Miracles), in a quieter side street.
Disliked
It was clean, but everything looked a bit dusty due to the blanket on the couch and the old carpet. The bed is extremely low. The shower curtain could use a wash. Communication with the landlord was quite difficult; replies were very slow. The Wi-Fi password was only provided after we asked. The house number wasn't listed on Booking.com and had to be requested beforehand to avoid having to search the entire street.

A very good apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Clean. Close to the Leaning Tower and easy access from the train station. Just make sure you provide the street number. It's number 8, otherwise you'll have to search for it. Good communication with the host.
