I appreciated the attention to detail (especially the welcome note accompanied by a very original bouquet of scents), the owner's helpfulness and care, the comfortable bed, the excellent location, and the availability of parking. Overall, I really appreciated the sense of warmth the accommodation conveyed, in the sweet and hospitable sense inherent in the term "little house."

If I had to point out something that I appreciated less, perhaps something that could be improved, I would say the hooks for the towels in the bathroom which tended to come off.

Clean and welcoming house with all the comforts; strategic location, two minutes from Monte Mario station; private parking (a real plus considering it's Rome)! The owners are incredibly kind and helpful...highly recommended!

The mattress was very comfortable, and the location was very quiet. The accommodation is older, but well-equipped and has air conditioning. Parking is available on the property, which is a bonus. The host gave me excellent advice on public transportation and even offered to let me leave my car the day I left so I could visit Rome. Thank you!

The only slight drawback is the age of the equipment, but everything is functional!
