They allowed us to leave our luggage at 11:00 instead of 16:00.

We agreed with the owner that when we arrived I would call her by phone and she didn't answer after 2 calls. Finally we were able to enter the building through a neighbor and after investigating a bit we located the apartment. They opened it for us and we left our bags. The people who opened it for us were cleaning and we don't know if it was the owner or not. They gave us the keys and that's it.
