It is located a 10-minute walk from the river and from the bridge that you can cross to the other side of the city.

It's not very clean. It feels like they clean it no more than once a month. The bed linens are old and synthetic, making sleep extremely uncomfortable. They have an old mattress pad instead of sheets. The bed creaks with the slightest movement. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable, especially if you're tall. There's a constant draft throughout the apartment.
