It's close to the beach. Internet was solid.

We came in 10th of April. First thing we noticed when we came in was fusty air. Dust was everywhere, fingerprints all over the fridge and cabinets. After driving whole night, we wanted to drink some coffee, but the coffee mashine was full of limescal so we had to wash it first thoroughly. Toilet, floor in the bathroom and shower boot were not cleaned, shower boot was also full of limescale, and there was mold in the corners, indicating it was not properly maintained. We contacted renting agency, they called the owner and she came from Thessaloniki to clean. She told us that this was the first time she payed someone to clean and this happened, which is now hard to believe, as she did some cleaning and kept aksing me what else needs to be cleaned like she couldn't see it by herself. Since we travelled whole night and waited for her to come from Thessaloniki, my husband went to get some sleep in one of the rooms after driving whole night and I told her I will clean the dust from that room by myself when he gets up. We also noticed one cabinet door were broken and she already knew about that. We did not use that door, even though she told us to use it. She told us we could stay one night for free, I guess one additional night, but she never asked if we were able to prolong our vacation. Plus we would not stay in that accomodation anyway, even if we could prolong vacation. Later that day, after having a shower, we noticed water leaking from somewhere in the bathroom so the floor was always too wet after taking a shower or using washing mashine. There was no mop to clean that water so we had to find other ways. Morning after, Nikos from renting agency asked us if everything was okay, but when I responded with unsatisfaction, explaining what else happened, he never replied. We only heard from him when we told him we were leaving, which was one night before - we decided to leave on 14th evening instead on 15th of April. The reason for that was another issue we met.

The apartment is newly renovated. The location is good, just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the city center. A small gift was left on the table, and a few bottles of cold water were in the fridge when we arrived.

Disliked

The apartment is on the ground floor, and the front yard/ balcony is a walk-through area to the other apartments located behind your building. It was almost impossible to sit on the balcony due to a lot of people walking through. We found that as a huge disadvantage. Also, it is very unsafe to leave anything on the balcony. After a few days, we noticed that our beach towels were missing. When we informed the owner, he promised that he will install a surveillance camera in front of the door. Which he actually did after a few days.

Thank you for the wonderful welcome at Zoe Suites! Everything was excellent! Clean, comfortable, location close to the beach and center in a quiet street. The house had all the amenities and everything was clean. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer and many other necessary small supplies. The garage for the car was a real convenience, the veranda outside was pleasant. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the compliment left by the owner upon our arrival! Very kind, valuable and hospitable. We are impressed! This is the first time we have stayed in such a comfortable accommodation in Gatsia.

Everything was great, we have a recommendation for the owner to buy a video camera to find the towel thief. We think he is from the neighboring house in your yard. Although we were warned to put our belongings away while we were gone, he still managed to get a towel. This upsets our vacation in constant looking around and tension so that something left outside does not disappear. It is not a big drama, but it is not at all pleasant to be under pressure during your vacation. Against the background of a wonderful stay, this ruins the fantastic stay, which is why I am leaving a rating of 9.
