The accommodation was very clean, pleasant, and in a great location close to the city center, for which we give high praise. Although we had some minor issues with the hot water at the beginning, everything was resolved quickly and was in perfect order for the rest of our stay.

The accommodation itself was great, but unfortunately, I have to give a lower rating due to a complete lack of peace and quiet. The biggest issue is the entrance door, which has no soundproofing at all – there is a large gap at the bottom, so you can hear every word and every door slam from other residents in the hallway. To make matters worse, on Saturday night, loud music could be heard in the room until 2:00 AM, even with the windows closed. We understand that people enjoy their time off on weekends, but combined with the poor insulation of the building, we heard basically every movement both inside and outside. We are leaving very sleep-deprived.

The room is located in a basement with no ventilation. The bed sagged and the mattress was worn out. There were no dishes for two people, and what little there was was very scarce. There was no water or sink in the kitchen; we had to get it from the bathroom and wash the dishes there. It was far too small. There were no chairs; to eat or work on the computer, we had to sit on the bed. We had no hot water since Thursday. The solution they offered was to contact a service, meaning we never had hot water. The building door banged so loudly it woke us up while we were sleeping. We were surprised when they demanded a €150 security deposit for check-in, which wasn't expected and delayed our arrival until 10 PM. There was no cleaning, and I had to leave everything spotless under threat of fines. All demands and no service.
