Large garden surrounding the house and a lovely veranda. Car parking on private property under a carport. Located 30 minutes from the airport and 50 minutes from Athens city center. Beach within walking distance. Super nice host who responds in a friendly, quick, and problem-solving manner.

The location is excellent. Close to bakery, grocery store, restaurants, bus to Athens and the beach. The building is a bit rustic which was unexpected but charming. Everything is clean, and our host made a special effort to be sure that the house is equipped with everything we might need. The outside space is large with two outdoor eating areas and a large garden. Most of our time was spent outdoors. This would be an excellent choice for a family with children. I would rent again. Worthy of note is that one of the bedrooms is in a separate structure. This was not a problem as we were a group of 5 and used the 3 bedrooms in the main house.

The house has everything you need; the outdoor lounge under the trees is lovely, and the two shower rooms and toilets are very convenient. Eight people can easily stay there. Everything is on one level. Buses to Athens run every half hour and take 90 minutes; a ticket costs €1.20 and also covers the metro. The beach is 300 meters away.
Disliked
Located on a street corner, it's quite noisy (garbage truck at 3 am, bus stop right next door so 7 am to 11 pm) and you'll need mosquito repellent (but that's the case everywhere with good weather and greenery). The beach isn't all that clean.
