All was really nice !! very kind owner , very clean property with many extras , similar to a 4 star Hotel!! (owner even prepare homemade marmalade for us!!)

We really liked the house. It was comfortable, clean, nicely laid out, great location right next to the sea and on the coastal road of Perea. Beautiful tavernas around for food, people were coming and going, there was a lot of traffic ☺️ in the cafes and tavernas. And of course the weather was perfect for a walk

What perhaps didn't suit us a bit was the bed. I would say it was quite narrow and small.

The location is perfect, next to the promenade but not on it so it's quieter, a short distance to the airport is perfect, Irene, the owner, is simply a wonderful host, prepared homemade muffins and perfect apple jam and wine for New Year's Eve, the apartment has everything you could think of and want for a stay, comfortable for a couple and a small family, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need including a washing machine, no problem parking on the street, in short, highly recommended

The mattress was a little soft for us, but especially the bed base needs attention, it creaks at every turn.
