The apartment looks just like the photo, but there are some nuances. If you're not picky, the main drawback is the noisy neighbors. The soundproofing is quite poor, and I'd regularly wake up at 9 or 10 a.m. every other day to loud music from my neighbors (the owner took care of the earplugs in the nightstand). But the fact remains: two or three times out of my 11 nights in the apartment, I could hear noise and music from the neighbors at night. I'd also like to point out that I found stains on the mattress that I wouldn't want to see.
