Good location and lots of space.
Disliked
It was very hot weather and although it had large patio windows in both rooms, this just allowed in lots of mosquitoes which then bit me many times. With the windows shut, the rooms became terribly stuffy and hot. Had the weather been anything less than hot, it would been ideal.
