The location is excellent — close to Monte Carlo, with a gorgeous view and easy walking access into the city. It should be noted that the way back is difficult, with many steep stairs.

Disliked

The apartment needs a renovation and a general check, probably after the season that just ended. Although a modern style is desired, from the entrance you can feel a very stuffy and heavy smell, which made the apartment seem less well-kept. In the bedroom, the boiler makes noise, is visible and unsightly, water is flowing and there is mold underneath. The bed is very soft and uncomfortable — you sink completely. The bathroom is modern but the cleanliness is lacking in detail. I would separately mention that the garage is extremely narrow — we entered at the limit with a Hyundai Tucson and the mirrors were completely folded. It is not the host's fault, but it is good to know for those who come with larger cars. Overall, I would say that the apartment deserves a 7/10 for the location and view, but the score that somehow fooled us on Booking seems too high to me, so I will only give it a 5 :)

The apartment is very conveniently located. It offers a gorgeous sea view and a large balcony with sun loungers and a table for cozy get-togethers. The rooms are tastefully furnished.
