The location is amazing - there are bunch of nice restaurants near by (e.g. italian restaurant Le Comptoir de l'Artoise ), just a minute walk from lafayette galleries and 1 min from monoprix, 10 min walk from Louvre

A bit old (though newly refurbished and very light and cozy)

The location was phenomenal, and it was easy to get inside.

There wasn't much in the way of privacy for more than 2 guests, and the shower room made the apartment smell of sewage.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We would stay there again. Very close to the Champs-Élysées, with various dining options (restaurants and a supermarket) and very close to the metro.

The arrival was chaotic. I had informed them in advance of my arrival time, and they left us waiting outside in the cold and rain. No one showed up, and they didn't answer the phone. After some time in this situation, they gave me instructions for self check-in. I didn't understand why they let us go through this if self check-in was available and I had scheduled my arrival beforehand.

Our flight was leaving later than scheduled, and the owner did everything she could to arrange for our luggage to be stored. Furthermore, upon arrival, we were greeted with chocolates, crayons, and a coloring book for our son—a very nice touch. My son wants me to note that it was very comfortable.

Disliked

The toilet had an unpleasant smell; I'm not exactly sure what could be done to fix it, but everything else was great!
