Great space, lots of room, bedrooms and excellent kitchen. One of the best equipped kitchens in self-catering accommodation I've stayed in. Hosts checked in by message on the first day to see if everything was OK, and they were responsive to my various questions.
Disliked
Nothing major - some areas could do with a little touch up of paint. A number of bulbs are out as well. But that's nit-picking.

Very comfortable apartment. Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Canal Saint-Martin. Exceptionally clean and welcoming. We highly recommend it. Communication with the concierge was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment.

Almost nothing. A small suggestion: add a recycling bin.

The location is very good. The entire neighborhood is very beautiful and cozy, with all kinds of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, beautifully bright, and pleasantly quiet.
Disliked
The kitchen is beautiful, but it is missing quite a few things. For example, there are no wine glasses or coffee cups. The master bedroom is beautiful, but the other bedrooms are very small. There are a few spots of mold in the bathroom.
