This apartment is a little gem, a few steps away from Las Canteras beach in a part of the city that is full of restaurants, bars and gift shops. It is very clean and well presented and comes complete with lots of extras, such as beach chairs, beach towels and a windbreak perfect for popping to the local beach. The terrace is quite big, with a coffee table and patio furniture and it gets the sun all day. The main room is bright and comfortable with a large telly that gets Netflix for those of us who need the occasional injection of English-speaking TV. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes cleaning products and some basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, etc). A nice large refrigerator. The bathroom has a roomy shower and is supplied with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap). There is plenty of toilet paper too. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom - just in case. The bedroom is fine - not massive but there is plenty of storage for clothes and the bed itself is comfortable. All in all a really lovely place to stay. We did not meet the owners but they were always available by WhatsApp and they do speak English. They were very obliging, especially at the beginning when we had problems getting the key code to work on the apartment door.

Not much, apart from perhaps some information inside the apartment as to where things are and how they work. We had to ask the owners where the light switch was for the wall lights in the main room. We would never have guessed it was behind the picture on the wall!

It's always a pleasure to feel at home 😀 I highly recommend Elva... It has everything you could need, a well-located and super quiet apartment. Anyone looking for relaxation and comfort has everything they need. We'll keep staying... It's on my favorites list... As long as you keep renting it out for vacations, you have a regular customer 👏

The apartment is on the sixth floor, great views in many directions from the balcony. The sun shines on the balcony all day. Very well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. I had a very good time.
