It was dirty and the worst beds we have experienced in a long time. Both the sofa and the double bed.

The house is large and all the condominium apartments are sweet. We were provided with courtesy kits.

Both sinks are clogged and need more general cleaning and maintenance.

The reception staff when picking up the digital keys were very customer-oriented and friendly; they also helped us well with public transport. Upon arrival and departure from the house, the digital key works very well and feels secure. The refrigerator is good. The television in the living room is good. The balcony in the bedroom and the large windows in the living room, which could also be opened, make it very comfortable. Also the double glazing; we were not bothered by street noise or traffic and could sleep very well (apartment on the 2nd floor on Avenida Roma). Upon arrival, there was a box in the kitchen full of sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags, and (brand) coffee capsules. The coffee machine works well and makes tasty coffee. Also small bottles of vinegar and olive oil, laundry detergent, kitchen towel, etc., very nice. The trash cans are new and clean and open with the foot, very pleasant and hygienic! The shower works very well, as do all the taps. The bucket, mop, broom, and dustpan and brush were new and were on the balcony, out of sight. The hairdryer is new. The stove works well. The coffee cups and water glasses are new and modern. Rooms, balcony, flooring throughout, dust, kitchen, wardrobes in the bedroom and kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, and bathroom—everything was clean upon arrival.

Disliked

The mattresses have some (small) stains. There are some black marks visible on the platform above and around the shower; the paint is starting to peel off. The bathroom ventilation made a lot of noise when the light was turned on, as if it were clogged; after that, it worked fine. The ceramic hob is damaged on one side (but works well). Folding and unfolding the sofa bed in the living room was not easy.
