The house was neat and nice, the beds and towels were clean and comfortable. The staff responded attentively every day and quickly fulfilled any needs we had.

Disliked

The house was cold; we were freezing even though they only came to blow air in the morning and at night. The apartment building was very old and dirty; the smell and filth were very unpleasant until we entered the house. They couldn't solve the heating problem.

The apartment left a tired and worn impression. The reality did not meet the expectations created by the pictures and was significantly more modest. Upon arrival, there was water dripping from the water radiator on the floor The interior was very ascetic and minimal. The bathroom clearly needs updating. The sink was missing a drain screen and the shower was worn out and in poor condition. The most unpleasant surprise, however, was the cockroaches seen in the kitchen on the second day. We considered it impossible to stay there any longer if we had such a problem and left the apartment immediately. We thought that informing the accommodation about the problem would help them resolve the situation quickly. The accommodation later explained that we should have taken pictures of the cockroaches as evidence. Unfortunately, the result was an uncomfortable situation for us, where we also had to pay for half a day at a time when we were forced to leave the accommodation. The common corridors of the house were black and dirty.

The location is excellent and the apartment is very comfortable. It has everything you need.

The elevator is tiny, the building's hallway was dirty, and there was a bad smell on the stairs.

Since the house is old, I think we had a bug problem on the first day, but when we reported it, they helped and solved the problem.
