The location was good. The residents in the apartment building were also very friendly.

The landlady's distrust was evident: the hairdryer was locked, there were numerous written instructions, and a video on how to use the ceramic cooktop, but no mention that the wall switch needed to be activated first. At the end of my stay, I received another email outlining what to be aware of, culminating in a threat that my credit card would be charged for any misconduct. She objected to the clothes drying rack being on the balcony (as I found it). Despite my objection, she forced it into the closet where my personal belongings were kept. Was this intrusive? The apartment door was difficult to close. However, she could also be helpful.

Great location near the beach.

Disliked

To expensive for what it offers. The building is very noisy all the time, bad smells in the hallways. Also a lot of long hair in the apartment everywhere, the lock on the apartments door not working ok.

Excellent location, the landlord was very helpful, and the room was quite nice. Highly recommended.

If I had to say something, the room smelled strange, but after a little ventilation it was fine.
