Raquel was very pleasant and responded quickly to my messages. The instructions were all very well explained. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

I didn't like that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I think if the sofa is offered as a second bed, it should be more comfortable. If we had only used the bed, I would have given it a higher rating, but since there were four of us, we had to use the sofa for sleeping, which lowered my overall score.
