We stayed here from March 1 to March 11 and had a very disappointing experience. From the first evening, we encountered an active cockroach problem in the kitchen area, including live insects, visible traces of infestation, traps placed around the apartment, and dead cockroaches. We documented everything with photo and video evidence. Instead of resolving the issue before guests’ arrival, the host proposed conducting additional chemical pest control treatments while we were staying in the apartment. The property smelled strongly of chemicals, and we were expected to remain there during further treatment. We were traveling with our 3.5-year-old child, and my wife has asthma, so this was unacceptable for us. When we refused to allow another treatment inside the apartment during our stay, the situation escalated. We felt uncomfortable and unsupported, and the responsibility was shifted onto us rather than addressing the condition of the apartment. We did not pay for accommodation with an active pest issue and ongoing chemical treatment. In our view, this is a serious health and safety concern. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Well equipped apartment with modern furnishings. Very good location, close to the beach, public transport, pedestrian streets. The historic city center is also easily accessible by bus. Access to the apartment was also easy after following the online information.

Half the closets were unusable (filled with the owners' belongings). There was nowhere to hang anything. The shower leaked like a lake. The bathroom floor was always wet and dirty. The windows weren't soundproof, and to make matters worse, there's a nightclub very close down the street, and the young people were shouting like crazy. It was impossible to sleep! The apartment didn't have air conditioning, so the only options were to die of heat or open the windows and endure noise all night. The decor was cute, and the location was great, but the experience was awful!
