Our room overlooked Plaza del Cascorro, although the windows reduced the noise quite a bit. They don't allow entry before 3:00 PM, even though they tell you that if they have a guest list you can enter earlier; you don't receive the code until 3:00 PM sharp. In some rooms, the key is on the left, and in others, the keyhole is on the right, even though the video shows the keyhole on the right. One of the rooms didn't have hot water, and in another, the water pressure was low.
