Stylish appartament. By walk to the city beach. Caffe, restaurant, shops very close. Large clean refrigerator, washing machine, spacious shower, balcony.. We like that part of the city. The pillows were very hard, heavy and high, but they brought us other ones upon request.

Disliked

We could hear everything from the street - even when someone coughed on the street. and at night there were garbage collectors, cleaning cars, delivery men etc., although the street was not that busy. So unfortunately our sleep was interrupted so often. Maybe glazing/closing the balcony would help. There were plenty of towels available, what was great, but unfortunately they "stank". We couldn't clean floor for 10 days because there was no vacuum cleaner, only a broom but no dustpan...we asked for a dustpan, but noone brought it to us. Also the first entry to the apartment was complicated - through the application, which didn't work for us. (Luckily we met the cleaning lady there. So we can took keys from her.) The light in the hallway where we had to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor didn't work the whole time, which was annoying. No one came to fix it the whole time. 100 euro deposit min. a week in advance. And they will give it back a week after your holiday! The approach is impersonal because the apartment is managed by company. The apartment was certainly nice but it already has a lot of things that need to be fixed - especially painting walls.

The location. There is parking in the area.

Disliked

The cleanliness was highly questionable. There were someone else's fingernails on the floor. The sheets had hair on them and the towels were stained. It was clear the cleaning was very superficial. The stairwell light wasn't working; I understand this is a community issue, but I don't think it's acceptable. There was also no elevator on the first floor, and it wasn't working either.

It was clean, centrally located, and not too noisy at night.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Some of the glasses were dirty.

You can hear all the street noises. Cars and motorcycles passing by, trucks unloading goods, you can even hear pedestrians.
