The first thing I noticed upon entering was the musty, damp, and stale smell. The sofa was so soft you sank into it, and the springs dug into your bottom—it was uncomfortable and unpleasant. The cutlery was meager, consisting of only two teaspoons and two serrated knives that were practically useless. The shower screen didn't close properly, and water leaked out. Regarding the bedrooms, the master bedroom had poor ventilation, the pillows were uncomfortable, and to top it all off, we stayed for 16 days and didn't have any spare sheets for any of the beds.

The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was very clean.

Our flight arrived late in the day and was delayed. We arrived by taxi at 11:30 PM, and unexpectedly, the building's main entrance door wouldn't open. The host took 15 minutes to answer the phone. We had to call the neighbor on the third floor, who opened the door for us. The key was stuck in the lock. Therefore, we had no key to the building entrance and no security inside. The owner's response was: "But you were able to get in, good night, we'll fix it tomorrow." Thanks to the neighbor, we were able to get the key out and fix the problem with the door that was causing it to get stuck. It's unacceptable that they don't resolve these kinds of issues professionally, or simply by notifying us that the front door isn't opening properly, since she explained that it was a problem with the previous guests. The apartment is fine, clean, and very well-equipped; the only thing missing is an extractor fan in the kitchen. The table is too small for three people, the small bedroom is uncomfortable and noisy, while the larger bedroom is more comfortable. The location is close to Las Canteras beach but far from other areas of the island. I would recommend it more for short stays than long ones.
