The apartment is super central. Close to all of Valencia's main tourist attractions. Despite being on a very central street, it wasn't noisy at all, and we slept very well even at night.

Disliked

We found cockroaches and beetles both inside and outside the apartment and upon our arrival the floor and shower were a bit dirty.

Location, house layout with all amenities, very large balcony. Assistance from an agency where we could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Disliked

There was a smell in the stairwell, there was no way to turn the air conditioning on high, and the room was a bit chilly. Retrieving the keys was a bit cumbersome because you have to go to two different locations.

Self check-in and check-out. Great location right in the old center of El Carmen. Everything is provided. The apartment is clean. Good communication and excellent luggage storage arrangements. It is very quiet at night, despite being right in the center. The communication is very friendly and helpful.

Disliked

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and it's a real shame that the balcony is too small to sit on during breakfast. Also, the hallways smelled bad because of the restaurant underneath, and the elevator is tiny. I also thought the communication at the beginning was terrible, but that turned out not to be the case at all. I received all the information about the apartment by email, but it ended up in the spam folder.
