I can’t say anything about the place, because we couldn’t stay at the apartment, as they didn’t open the doors when we arrived late at night. My recommendation: if you have a late check in, don’t trust in this apartment. They don’t care about you. It may be nice and clean inside, but I wouldn’t know about any of that.

The contact with the host was zero. They didn’t answer any message before the stay which was problematic because we arrived in the middle of the night. I wrote them a couple of times on booking and whatsapp but no answer. Only after communicating with booking various times, the staff of booking managed to talk to him. So the host answered booking but refused to answer the guest. And what happened was exactly what i feared: we stood in front of the place in the middle of the night in the cold and couldn’t get in because nobody opened the door. We tried for one hour, speaking with booking again and being exhausted from the flight. In the end we had to find a hostel with a free room for the night. The next morning the host wrote a message via whatsapp for the first time saying that his phone run out of battery which is why he didn’t wake up. I wrote him the first message days ago and they only answered me when i was already in another hotel room. Which means that they knowingly ignored my messages before. I wish that this doesn’t happen to anyone else and these people just start to answer simple questions without having to involve booking. Luckily we booked another place for the next days and booking refunded everything.

Great location, with several supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and all the sights within walking distance. The apartment is fairly quiet, unless you have noisy neighbors. The bed is comfortable, and there are all the necessary appliances, cutlery, and dishes, as well as a powerful air conditioner. Contactless check-in, and the owner is always available promptly.

The stay wasn't bad... the apartment just needs some maintenance. There are several things broken, like the shower, the bedroom closet doors, and the blinds; it also smelled a bit damp. In any case, there was no need to notify the owner, as these are things he simply needs to check and fix.
