Great location, very close to the sea in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood (we stayed in the apartment during the winter). Spacious and very comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the city and surrounding hills. Parking is easily available right outside the building.

If you arrive after 10:00 PM, the receptionist places your keys in a lockbox at the entrance to the Malaga office and sends you a video with instructions on how to enter the lockbox code, which costs €50! One of the bathrooms leaks after using the shower, and water collects on the floor up to the door, and it's clear this has been going on for some time. After leaving the apartment, instead of confirming that everything is fine and informing us when we'll receive our deposit back, the employee, named Marcos, asks for a positive review. The deposit was only returned after we intervened.

To begin with, the location was ideal. A short walk from the beach and the train station, in a quiet residential area. The building was new and modern, so very well insulated. We were a family of five, and the living spaces were perfect. The terrace is superb. I have absolutely no negative comments about the apartment.

Disliked

Communication with the holidays2malaga agency before our arrival was very complicated regarding payment. The link they sent us (PayPal) didn't work internationally. I suggested we pay in person at their office in Málaga since we were arriving in Spain much earlier. They simply kept sending me their PayPal link despite several attempts to explain that it wasn't working. My husband called twice to try to speak to someone at their agency and was hung up on both times without any clear explanation. We finally opted for an international transfer, which incurred fees that they charged us. Then, regarding key collection in Málaga, don't ring the doorbell; they don't answer, and the door to their office is locked, even during opening hours. You have to knock on the door for someone to open it.

The internet was very poor — it disconnected every few minutes or stopped working completely. During our 8-day stay, we had hot water for only 3 days. The coffee machine was not working upon arrival. The staff and workers were unpleasant. Issues were resolved only after 48 hours, if at all. They entered the apartment without prior notice or permission. We did not receive any apology for the inconvenience caused.
