I rented a property for my employees. When booking, I requested an invoice to be issued to the company, as that was how I booked the property. I received an invoice issued to my employee, who was listed as the contact person. After requesting a change to my details due to an error, I received a message from the owners stating that they couldn't amend the invoice and had stopped responding to my messages. Due to the owners' error, I can't submit the invoice for tax purposes.
