The kitchenette was unacceptable: rusted stovetop, drawers practically falling apart, no decent dishes, stained, worn-out needle-felt carpet that hadn't been vacuumed, and the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. The door opener was intermittent due to connection problems. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Spilled coffee in the entrance area wasn't cleaned up.

The location isn't great, right next to the road and the buses are constantly driving past the house. The construction workers staying there were also incredibly noisy in the mornings (5 a.m.).
