Very centrally located apartment in Friedrichshain, and the furnishings are all fine. Communication and key handover were very good and straightforward. The transport connections are excellent: the Ringbahn (S-Bahn ring line), U5 subway, and M13 tram are all within easy walking distance, so you can quickly get anywhere in Berlin.
Disliked
Berliners talking on their phones while hanging out in front of the ground floor window and the tram turning the corner in front of the apartment are not to everyone's liking in terms of noise.
