The apartment was spacious, had a large kitchen and bathroom, and it was very neat and clean; the beds were also okay. The welcome was warm. Shops and restaurants nearby.
Disliked
If anything needs to be said about it, there is only a toilet in the bathroom, the stairs upstairs are slippery, and the TV is very prominent in the middle of the room. Also, a busy road runs past the apartment. But for us, the advantages far outweighed the disadvantages.

The apartment is fantastic. A large kitchen with everything you could wish for, a cozy sitting area, a dining table (for 6 people), and a small reading nook with a leather armchair and an electric fireplace. The bathroom with two sinks, a large shower, and great LED lighting is superb. There's also a 65-inch TV in the living room that can be swivelled in any direction. You can even watch TV while sitting at the kitchen counter. Upstairs (where my son slept) there's an additional bedroom. All the windows are new, and when they're closed, you can hardly hear a thing. There's also a lovely little roof terrace. On the grounds behind the building, you can buy everything you need (Aldi, Rewe, a bakery, and a butcher). Everything is easily accessible on foot, including bus stops. There are also restaurants nearby (Greek, Italian, and a good burger/pizza place). Mrs. Weilbach and her son are incredibly kind and happy to give tips on places to visit. The Titanic exhibition was currently on in Babelsberg when we were there. My son (23) and I (63) have now stayed in the Weilbach family's holiday apartment for the third time, and it won't be the last. Highly recommended.
