The bathroom/toilet is not in the same room. It's certainly a paradise for small children, but for couples' holidays the play equipment (visible in the pictures) in the room is rather disruptive.

Spacious apartment in the basement, new building (built in 2023), bed was okay, I slept well, very quiet residential area, modern bathroom, everything clean, kettle and microwave available, but no refrigerator, dishes were provided upon request, hosts very friendly

No daylight in the apartment because it's entirely in the basement, only some diffused light through the basement shafts, no mobile network (Telekom) in the apartment, humidity rises quickly, so there's a dehumidifier in the living room which should be switched on for 1-2 hours daily, but it doesn't smell musty at all, no mold growth.
