Aside from cleanliness, pretty good location and modernity of the enterier, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in their very cozy apartment. Iron, ironing board, washing machine, fully functional kitchen, SPICES, tea, coffee, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, even baking paper! Bathroom was also fully equipped. We truly appreciate the amount of love that was thoughtfully put in this place. Without exaggerating, it is probably the best accomodation I've ever been in.

The apartment is located in a modern, new residential building. The ground floor houses the reception desk, a café, and a patio. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished – it's clear the owners have put a lot of love into the interior and décor. The equipment exceeded my expectations – there's a kitchenette with a coffee machine, teas, dishes, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. Toiletries are available in the guest bathroom. A vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board are also included. I felt right at home in the apartment. The reception staff kept an eye on who was entering the building and what was happening outside. The center of Brno is a 10-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not pleasant. At night, residents in this area shout and behave loudly, making it difficult to rest peacefully. The listing description mentions a lack of parking – it would be helpful to note that parking spaces are available on the street. The apartment is located in a Roma neighborhood, and despite the renovations, the area remains a bit chaotic. My only complaint is the neighborhood and the lack of secure parking – this was my first time driving abroad. I'm glad I managed to park right by the building's entrance – I was at least somewhat certain that the security cameras and concierge staff were keeping an eye on my car. Furthermore, the apartment's windows face the street, so I could keep an eye on my car from the apartment. Fortunately, other than touching the bodywork and looking inside, nothing happened.
