Excellent location for rock climbing. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable firm mattresses. Communication with the owner.

I was missing hooks on the escape route in the kitchen, otherwise everything is ok. Just a warning - the room is accessed via stairs, it is not barrier-free.
