Very nice location, close to the city center, just a few minutes by car from the local ski resorts. I appreciate that the landlord was accommodating and allowed us to park two cars directly on the property.

Disliked

The capacity of the boiler could be larger, there were 6 of us in the apartment and it was not possible for us all to take a bath after arriving from skiing due to the lack of hot water.

The location was convenient, the town was larger, and there were plenty of walks. We commuted 12 km to Špindlerův Mlýn for skiing, so everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, 67 m², with two separate rooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. It wasn't a Sun & Snow apartment, though. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils (including dish soap, a sponge, a cloth, a paper towel, as well as coffee, tea, oil, flour, and spices – guests probably left them, but if someone forgot something, like sugar, they could always help out first). The owners were kind and helpful.

Disliked

The bed in the bedroom was sagging, the sofa bed in the other room was worn to the bone, and the bark bedding was badly faded and worn. On our first day, the owner asked us what time we would be leaving, as if she wanted to get rid of us immediately.

The toilet smells of cleaning products, and there are no toys, puzzles, or anything else for the children.
