Safe area and relatively close to the center.

Collection could be digital (code), without the need to travel to another location. The apartment had some areas that needed cleaning (such as the microwave) and the host's reaction to this feedback was neutral. The fact that there is an "open" room near the bathroom and right after the entrance makes this space less private, especially since it is a trip for couples/group of friends.

The apartment is spacious - no, actually HUGE - with plenty of room, light, and wonderfully high ceilings. Everything is in excellent condition: all original details have been carefully restored, and the elements that were replaced were done so with great taste. The kitchen is fully equipped, and both the washing machine and dryer are brand new. The furniture is comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet, with windows facing a calm street and a well‑kept inner courtyard. Just three blocks from the apartment we found a cozy café run by a team of young women from Ukraine - a great spot to recommend for healthy breakfasts and brunches

The building’s façade does need renovation. But if you can overlook that, you’ll find a clean and well-maintained entrance, free of any unpleasant smells or issues.

The spaciousness, the decor, and the location

The building is poorly maintained and has graffiti at the entrance (quite common in that city, which is a shame). It's on the third floor with no elevator (although that was already mentioned in the description), and the only real inconvenience was that they only gave us one key.
