The apartment is located near the center - about 15 minutes of comfortable walking. There is free parking nearby. There is fast enough internet. The apartment itself is a suitable size. Znojmo is a very beautiful city, it is definitely nice to spend a few days here and see everything.

Disliked

It wasn't until the 4th day of our stay and after 2 emergencies that we finally got the damaged chairs from the previous guests replaced and we were finally able to sit down at the table. The apartment is in a poorly maintained house. The hallway of the house was not cleaned during our entire stay (dust clumps, dry leaves...). There is a strong mustiness here. On the way to the apartment, which is located in the basement opposite the cellars, there is also a smelly garbage can for the entire house on the landing. The apartment itself was clean. The bathroom and toilet are together, which wouldn't be a problem. However, there is no functional fan. It is still humid here, even given the location of the apartment. Even ventilation of the bathroom all day long doesn't help. The shower cubicle is supplemented on one side with a long fabric curtain, which is still wet at the bottom - it lies in a wet shower tray. There is also no mat in front of the shower cubicle. In addition to being humid, the apartment is also very cold, although it was warm outside. The sun doesn't get inside. In front of the 2 windows that lead to the courtyard, a shabby wall about 2 meters high encloses a space of about 2.5x7 meters. In it, the residents of the house put away things that they don't need at the moment. So the view is not much. The kitchen is spacious, but almost empty. There is only 1 small ordinary frying pan and saucepan, and tableware is also insufficient. Fortunately, there is a kettle. So there is no possibility of cooking (although there is a small hob), there is no regular microwave for heating ready-made meals. Instead of a wardrobe, there is a kind of shelf. There is nowhere to neatly arrange things, especially if you are going for several days and you have to have more due to the impossibility of washing. It is also necessary to have your own towels and bath towels, because 1 towel and bath towel are completely insufficient for a longer stay. The beds have weak and hard mattresses, so anyone who is not used to it will suffer. Of our 6 week-long stays in the Czech Republic this year, this was the most expensive, but had the weakest quality. We do not recommend it.
