Key handover was straightforward using the code sent in advance by email. Great view. Quiet location. Very spacious apartment with plenty of room and modern furnishings. A few tea bags and Nespresso capsules are provided, as well as sugar.

Belmont Résidences is located in a quiet, elevated industrial area, so it doesn't look very appealing. The building is unfinished, smells strongly of paint (as if it were newly constructed), and looks gray, empty, uninhabited, and sterile—a "ghost" residence. Not at all inviting. We were glad we arrived while it was still daylight. Otherwise, it would have been even more spooky. It's quite warm in both the stairwell and the apartment, but you can't adjust the room temperature. The cold water was also warm. The apartment also looks somewhat sterile, especially lacking the decorations shown in the pictures: for example, no picture frames. There was only one armchair on the terrace. The kitchen was lacking in supplies. There was absolutely no information about the apartment or the area. We didn't even have a Wi-Fi code and had to call or text the number provided in the email several times (at our own expense, since we were in Switzerland with a German mobile phone). ... No shops nearby. We had reserved a parking space outside. Again, there was no explanation. We received a remote control and weren't sure whether we were allowed to park inside or outside, or even which space. We met someone who explained that parking spaces 20 and 21 were for visitors, but others were permanently reserved for some residents. Quite a hassle.
