The door was locked, and I couldn't get in. They hadn't told me the key was inside the room. It took me an hour and a half to get the key.

Nothing. Didn’t even get to see it because this booking was a scam

That the property tried to force me to pay a damage deposit, and I complained to booking.com they told me it was valid until it was escalated then i was told I didn’t have to. I expressed that I thought it was a scam and what if the property refused me, and was told they would refund and rebook me at another property. Showed up and was told by concierge that this property is residential and they do not allow airbnbs or short stays. Lost $20 in parking and booking.com was zero help. Had to drive home.
