When I arrived, they wouldn't give me the keys. The room was supposed to be dirty. They told me to leave my suitcase at reception because the cleaning staff would arrive soon. I called and texted the owner, but he didn't answer, nor did the receptionist. I was supposed to check in in the morning, and they only confirmed that I could check in at noon. The apartment smelled musty, and the pillowcase was stained with black mascara. The pool was filthy; there was trash, including cigarette butts, and the steps were stained with drinks.
