Sophisticated Gem with Private parking

The location of this apartment is ideal in the city center of Sofia, not far from the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and most importantly, the parking space in front of the accommodation is free.

Disliked

On the one hand, we stayed in this apartment at the end of March 2026 and it was very cold. There was no heating provided, only three air conditioners, one of which was broken (see attached photo), the second only blew cold air, and the third, located in the kitchen, had no remote control. On the other hand, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as there were stains on the walls and the kitchen was sticky. The walls in this apartment are cracked, and we wondered if the apartment was going to collapse. Communication with the host was nonexistent. We tried calling the number provided several times to request additional blankets (only one very thin blanket was provided) and to ask for the heating problem to be resolved, but we received no response. This apartment is equipped with a keyless door opening system, but only through access codes, which is not very reassuring, especially since anyone can enter the accommodation.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged. It's not that clean.
