Let's start with the pros. The only one is the view from the balcony. It's the sea! That's all the pros! The cons are below.

Now about what I didn't like. After booking, I received a message asking me not to forget to bring bed linens and towels. Please note!!! The description didn't indicate that bed linens and towels were not included. Then I received a message saying they would be provided. Upon arrival, the bed linens and towels were in a bag at the entrance to the apartment. It took us an hour to make five beds. The condition of the apartment is terrible. The apartment is simply shabby. All the walls in the apartment are damaged. The sink is broken. The ceiling in the bathroom is moldy. The decorative trim on the kitchen cabinets is peeling. The apartment was very dirty! In the kitchen, there were leftovers from the previous tenants (remnants of pasta in a package, an empty Nutella jar, half-empty sauce in the refrigerator, etc.). When we returned from a walk in the evening, it turned out that the sofa bed was completely broken. With great difficulty, I had to insist that someone come and look at it. The apartment manager came, pulled the bed out with some difficulty, and said he'd fix it in the morning. My son and wife slept all night on the folded bed underneath them. In the morning, it turned out the owner of the apartment wasn't there at all. There were two people simply cleaning the apartment (which leaves me doubtful) and checking people in. Contacting booking.com was unsuccessful. I was sent a voucher for future bookings. The issue of a refund and finding another place to stay was unsuccessful. Therefore, you should understand that with this accommodation, you'll be left alone with the problem! I strongly advise against choosing this property!!!

Impeccably clean and spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Very well located. Elevator. Lovely apartment.

Disliked

There was no shower soap or bath mat. A small welcome gift would have been a nice touch. We had to find parking on our own. We could hear the tenants upstairs.
