Vienna City Home Apartment - near Metro station

First of all, the location is great. Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes away. Grocery stores are very close by. The apartment is spacious, warm, and quiet. The kitchen has enough cooking utensils. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The staff was very helpful.

Disliked

Quite a specific, cramped lift (this cannot be improved). Very slippery bathtub. It would be useful to add small items such as additional bin bags, kitchen cloths and floor cloths to the equipment.

The property was small but clean. The best thing is the location, a two-minute walk from the Schwenglerstrasse metro station on the U3 line, the most convenient for visiting Vienna's city center. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. It's perfect for exploring Vienna.

Disliked

Given the cold days, it wasn't a good thing that two radiators weren't working, especially since one was in a bedroom. I also recommend getting a closet to store suitcases and clothes. Also, a few extra kitchen items (like a salad bowl, some sugar, and maybe a small bottle of oil) would be a good idea.

Everything was perfect, polite hosts, nice apartment, kitchen is big and has everything for longer stay. Sleeping was nice, beds are comfortable. It is quiet place and with nice connection to the city center.

The location is great. There's a small café around the corner at the subway station that I highly recommend. The apartment is functional and has everything you need when everything is working.

Disliked

The elevator is only big enough for one person with luggage and doesn't always run. There were several problems; for example, the toilet flush didn't work, and we had to fill the cistern with a bucket. There were one or two other broken items which I reported immediately, but the response was rather inadequate.
