A two-story house with a small garden. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed) with access to the balcony/garden, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there's a large living room with a dining area and kitchen, which opens onto a balcony overlooking the ocean. The well-equipped kitchen includes a handy washing machine for washing clothes after the beach. Ideal for a family with two children. Parking is available on the street, even right at the entrance to the house. The location is excellent in the town of Luz, which has a relaxed, peaceful feel – we stayed there at the end of July. The beach and seaside promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants and bars are also nearby, with a market a 4-minute walk away. It's close to the center of Lagos (about a 10-15-minute drive), and a good location for exploring the nearby, fantastic beaches – a 20-50-minute drive away. Good communication with the owners. We highly recommend this place.

Disliked

Just for information, no whining or complaining – the house doesn't have air conditioning, but it does have window blinds, which do a lot of good on the first floor to keep the rooms from overheating. Perhaps slightly better floor fans or, for example, ceiling fans in the bedrooms above the beds would be a good alternative solution in the absence of air conditioning.
