We had to make a detour before getting the key, which was actually a code. Very strange, and confusing. The bathroom smelled. There was coffee machine but no capsule:(

Good location, but constant daytime noise from a neighboring construction site made it hard to enjoy...

From the moment we arrived, the apartment had an extremely strong and unpleasant musty smell. We opened all windows for several hours in an attempt to ventilate the space. However, as soon as the windows were closed, the smell returned very quickly. We identified the cause when we discovered visible MOLD in the bathroom and next to the windows. They offered a cleaning, which did not help at all.. After requesting another one they just ignored our request. After spending just one night in the apartment, we developed breathing issues, which we believe are directly related to exposure to mold and poor air quality. Additionally, we encountered at least three COCKROACHES. One of them (the biggest) we managed to trap underneath a glass. See photos. This accommodation clearly does not meet basic health, hygiene, or safety standards. The customer service we encountered was slow to respond and did not take our concerns seriously.

The apartment is large, spacious, ideal for up to 6 people, quite well equipped (cutlery, glasses, plates, towels). The apartment is located on the ground floor on a quiet street. There is a metro station about 500 meters away, restaurants and shops next to the apartment. A large supermarket is located in the train station hall. Communication with the property is good, they respond quickly to questions. Check-in and key collection went smoothly.

The unpleasant smell in the kitchen and bathroom from the sewage system is not noticeable and is barely perceptible after airing.

The apartment was pretty fine, near a city center. Beds were comfortable. We used air conditioning for heating up. Towels were provided, unfortunately not any soap. We used kitchen very little - only for making coffee and some sandwiches.

There were a few things to improve. My son (the 5 th person) slept on the sofa bed, unfortunately the mattress and the quilt was full of stains. That was very unpleasant. The water drain in shower was very slow, it was probably blocked.
