The location of this property is amazing and just perfect for exploring the city on foot. We really appreciated being able to drop our bags off and collect the keys early and then just coming back after the check in time.

Disliked

The shower is very small which could cause a problem for those who are slightly larger or less able but it was powerful and hot with nice clean towels so it is only a small point. The lack of windows could be a problem for some but to be honest we came to explore Rome not sit in the apartment so it didn't really matter to us and the positives (location and two separate sleeping areas) hugely outweighed any small negatives.

Excellent location, 20 minutes from the historic area such as the Colosseum, the Forum and the Palatine Hill

Disliked

The cleanliness was lacking; the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, the shower had mold on the walls and floor, and when the washing machine was used, water leaked from the bathroom drain. Similarly, water leaked from the shower while taking a bath. When the heating and washing machine were turned on simultaneously, the circuit breakers tripped, causing a power outage in the apartment.

Great location! Right in the middle of many sights. Easy access to buses and trains. Lots of room and easily accessible.

Disliked

Tiny shower, but plenty of hot water. A little bit worn in, not bad, just a little older as much if Rome is.

Very nice and cosy apartment right in the heart of the historical centre of Rome! Very clean and full of amenities. Our host Andrea was very, very polite, warm and always available for any matter we might needed him.

I have to say though, that you have to pay close attention to the pictures. The bathroom and the second bedroom do not have a wall that comes up to the ceiling, sth that costs a lot in privacy and discretion while staying. The absence of windows is somehow binding to. All in all the apartment is really suitable for friends that will use it as a spot to relax and recharge wile discovering the city, and not as a place to stay for long and hang in.
