Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property, as there was no suitable place to sleep, for our group. The information provided on bookings.com regarding the available space was inaccurate.

The photos and description showed two rooms, each with one double bed. We found that the property has two rooms. One room had a double bed, and the other room had a bed that was broken and not fit for use. There was also an air mattress behind the sofa in the living room. If I wanted to go camping, I would have looked for a campsite. We were then offered another property in an area that we weren't interested in. We didn't like the second place because it wasn't clean. We asked for a refund because the second couple couldn't sleep in our booked apartment, and it wasn't our fault. We were told this wouldn't happen. We also contacted Bookings.com to ask for their help. We were told that the property should help us solve the problem. I don't know why we even use Booking.com. Sadly, we lost all our money and had to use AirBnB to find somewhere else to stay. This has led to more spending. We spent four hours trying to find somewhere to stay, which took up a lot of our day. If this review doesn't make it onto the Bookings.com website, I'll post it on my Facebook page and all the other social media pages I can find. Bookings.com needs to be made aware of this issue and take action to correct it, as this is not the first time it has happened to me.

The location, the brightness and the spaciousness of the place.

The lock was constantly giving me trouble. It needs to be replaced or repaired, otherwise someone will be locked out or locked in at an inconvenient time. The kitchen needs to be cleaned more often.

Its location and the great comfort of the space, the view from the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. The large living room and the two rooms were perfectly satisfactory for the three of us.

The difficult entrance, entrance code, code for the floor door key, code for the apartment key and difficult door locking etc. For so many days (7) and so many people, more towels are needed!! Fortunately, from previous comments, I had brought some with us!

After arriving, we had to fight for four hours (six phone calls and five emails) to get the room cleaned so we wouldn't have to sleep in dirty beds. Only after threatening to demand a refund and stay in a hotel did we get an initial response.

Good value for money. Very convenient location. Close to Metro and trams. Close to a supermarket. Close to waterfront for excellent views of Pest. Walking distance to the Castle district (albeit uphill).
