Excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the city center. New building with secure coded entry. Supermarket right next door and restaurants nearby. Close to many Sofia attractions (churches, parks, restaurants, etc.)

The cleaning was a bit rushed but nothing insurmountable.

Huge, super cozy apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable bed, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, heating, smart TV, balcony for enjoying your morning coffee, and a bathroom with the biggest shower I've ever seen. It even has a washing machine and dishwasher! The location is perfect; we never had to use public transport to get around. There's a supermarket right on the corner with everything you need and discounts. The apartment building is super modern, and check-in was incredibly easy. Alex was super friendly! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sofia, which, by the way, is a lovely city with so much to see and do. Thank you so much for everything!

The only minor downside is that the TV remote was a little faulty; the down button didn't work, but it's a very small issue.
